At times of this magnitude, I look back on my upbringing and I do not see myself as the victim of any of my circumstances.
I look back at my life and I see it as my training.
And so, when this pandemic hit, I ask myself this question;
“Pauline, what has your life already demonstrated?”
Covid 19 saw borders close and live events ground to ZERO
This is not fun news for an International Speaker!
Covid 19 saw all public dining venues have to immediately close their doors. This is not fun news for a Restauranteur!
“Pauline, what has your life already demonstrated?”
Literally overnight, we went into creation mode.
We let go of all ego and reinvented ourselves and pivoted without hesitation.
Our goal – to not just survive.
Our goal was to Thrive and Inspire.
And what does it mean to Pivot?
To pivot means a redirection of energy, a refocus of energy.
For me, it is not about Time Management.
For me, it is about Energy Management.
As a Professional Speaker, Facilitator, Coach and Mentor, I took my Keynotes, my workshops and my teachings online and I had to master these skills FAST!
And now, I am privileged to be able to reach more people across the globe, making a greater impact and having ship loads of fun along the way.
In a constantly changing world, learning how to pivot and reinvent is a skill that is essential for any business.
We must learn to change before we are forced to change.
