Pauline Nguyen is a keynote speaker, author and co-founder of Red Lantern, the most awarded Vietnamese restaurant in the world. She arrived in Australia as a refugee in 1978, after a year in a Thai refugee camp, and spent 25 years building and leading Red Lantern with her brother Luke Nguyen and chef Mark Jensen.
She’s the author of Secrets of the Red Lantern and The Way of the Spiritual Entrepreneur. Her third book, What the Red Lantern Knew, shares the leadership lessons of those 25 years. Her story and ideas have featured in the Sydney Morning Herald, the Australian Financial Review, SBS, CEO Magazine and Entrepreneur, and on podcasts around the world.
