Our body is an instrument of consciousness, but how many of us truly listen to our bodies for intunement and attunement? This is an important part of the teachings on my Awaken the Spiritual Entrepreneur Retreat.
Over the years, my coaching practice has not been a part of my eco-system that I have deliberately promoted. Why? Because I am incredibly discerning with who I take on as a client.
It takes strength to look at your life and the curve balls it throws at you and ask "Am I here to be more than I am or just be who I am? Did I come this far to only come this far?"
