DON’T FIND YOUR TRIBE. CREATE YOUR COLLECTIVE.
We’ve been told so many times that the journey is to ‘find ourselves’ and ‘discover ourselves.’ Don’t do that. It takes too long. It can take years, decades, even lifetimes.
People say that it is impossible to know the future. Well, the best way to predict your future is to design it.
So, we go about creating ourselves and designing ourselves instead.
Trust me, life gets a whole lot more interesting and fun, because we can become whoever the hell we want to be.
When we ask ourselves the more powerful questions, we get the more powerful answers.
Who do I need in my orbit to get me to where I want to go faster?
An even better question… Who do I want to be around in order to feel the way I want to feel, and to achieve the things I want to achieve?
And better yet….Who do I NEED TO BECOME to attract the people I want to attract?
Then we get to Create, Innovate, Collaborate, Imagine and Inspire…and we start living a Life by Design rather than a Life by Default.
Every next level of your life will demand a next level version of you. We must continually design and redesign. And then design and redesign again.
Change is the only constant. Expect change. Embrace change. BE THE CHANGE.
