SELF CARE after a potent Quantum Healing Session for a new client this morning.

*A sprint to the ocean.
*Sun Rise in my eyes.
*Neutralising with Salt Water on my Skin.
*Activating my nervous system with Cold Water Therapy to super charge my Vagus Nerve and boost my immune system.

It was fucking freezing on this cold winters morn. I couldn’t feel my hands and feet for an hour afterwards but it was oh so worth it as it always is.
