One thing that this time of unrest and transition has shown me, is that people tend to fall into two camps.
They either topple into the mire of victimhood, fear, hopelessness and blame.
Or they rise, like a phoenix from the ashes. They look for the opportunity. They realise that how you do a crisis, is how you do life.
Before COVID-19 turned our lives upside down, I held Spiritual Entrepreneur Roundtables at my restaurant, Red Lantern. These were evenings of exquisite elevation; a gathering of like-minded individuals, thought leaders and entrepreneurs who knew their shit. We gathered to share knowledge and delve deeply into how to be fearless, stress free and unshakeable in business and in life.
These were all people who were hungry to learn how to imbed mastery in their lives.
Don’t get me wrong. Those who joined at the Roundtable were incredibly successful at business. But they knew there was more to life; that they could combine success with deep fulfilment. And, that nothing grows fast in safe spaces.
As a trained facilitator, I’m not there to make people feel ‘safe’.
I’m there to help them elevate.
To become INspirit and INspired.
We achieved this incredibly quickly. In the space of a few hours, we went from strangers to intimate comrades-in-arms. Participants had major breakthroughs in a single session.
