Being vulnerable is a necessary by-product of showing up as our most authentic self – showing our true colours, what we stand for and what we represent.

Personal development cannot happen unless personal disruption happens first.

Personal disruption cannot happen unless personal introspection happens first.

What more profound relationship do we have than the relationship with our own inner net?
