We understand that Self Leadership must come first.

Our greatest competition is Self Competition.

In my world, the Alpha Leader leads from a position of Vulnerable Leadership – never from a position of arrogance.

We lead with Power, never Force.

In my world, the Alpha Leader has been tested and proven time and time and time again.

That’s what Leaders do right?

Leaders go first.

That’s why our people allow us to lead them.

Because we are not afraid to go first.

In my world, the Alpha Leader leads with Competence and Charisma.

Our Competence and Charisma is learned and earned, never inherited.

Yes Competence and Charisma is a skill set that can be learned and must be earned.

It is a skill set that we are continually honing for ourselves.

A skill set that we continue to pass on to our people.
Because the Alpha Leader understands that, WE ARE WHAT WE SHARE.
