How to Tap Into Your Intuition

Intuition is a profound phenomenon that often defies easy explanation. Yet, in the quest to unravel the mysteries surrounding this remarkable gift, one may wonder: where does intuition come from, and how does it influence our decisions and actions?

Join Pauline Nguyen, transformational life coach, as she embarks on a journey to uncover the power of intuition and learn how to harness this inner wisdom.

What Does Intuitive Mean and Where Does Intuition Come From?

Before delving into the depths of intuition, let’s clarify its essence. Intuition grants individuals the capacity to make decisions, grasp concepts, and comprehend situations with keen insight. To be intuitive means to harness this power.

Intuition is a captivating facet of human consciousness, serving as an inner guide that transcends conscious reasoning. Its origins spark debate, with some attributing it to our accumulated experiences, emotions, knowledge, and subconscious workings, while others perceive it as a connection to our spiritual self.

Discover Why the Intuitive Mind is a Sacred Gift

The intuitive mindset should not be underestimated. It serves as a valuable tool for navigating life’s complexities, making decisions, and fostering personal growth. When you harness yours, you access a deeper well of wisdom within yourself.

By connecting with yours, you gain access to a source of inner guidance that can lead you towards more fulfilling and authentic life choices that often align with your values and true desires, enabling you to make decisions that resonate with your core self.

The Infinite Mindset vs Growth Mindset

To harness your intuition, fostering the right mindset is crucial. An “infinite mindset” is gaining prominence over the “fixed” or “growth mindset.”

The infinite mindset revolves around the belief that learning and growth are perpetual, encouraging openness to new experiences and intuitive development and creation beyond our current reality. In contrast, a fixed mindset stifles it by implying that traits and abilities are fixed, resisting stepping out of the comfort zone. It is the understanding that there is more, much more, than our current understanding of the world as it is.

Intuition vs Instinct: How Are They Different?

When considering the difference between instincts and intuition, it’s important to note that, as Pauline says, “instincts are primal, survival-based reactions, hardwired for rapid responses. Your gut instinct is a quick, automatic reaction. In contrast, intuition involves a deeper, insightful understanding.”

What About Gut Instinct vs Intuition vs Insight?

Instinct is a primal, automatic response, like the fight or flight reaction – whereas intuition is a more complex, subconscious understanding that leads to informed decisions, rooted in a deeper sense of clarity.

Insight goes beyond this, offering sudden, profound realisations that illuminate the way forward.
