KING ENERGY AND QUEEN ENERGY

I was asked… “Why are you leading a Mens Retreat Pauline? Why is a woman leading a mens retreat?”

Having grown up with three brothers in a strict patriarchal family and culture; having facilitated mens groups for the last five years; having done business in male dominated industries for the last twenty years; as well as studied and taught human behaviour for the last decade; and the mother to a divine pre-teenage boy … my answer… “Because I can.”

It’s not about ‘Mens Work’ or ‘Womens Work’, it’s about ‘HUMAN work’ and the potent integration of the two without insulting your core.

Over the years I have learned to harness both my King energy and Queen energy to my advantage.

All men and women possess both masculine and feminine energy to better influence the people around them and the situations in their lives – and especially influencing themselves.

Self Mastery is key. Self Leadership is key.

Life simply becomes more enriching and delicious when we can learn to cultivate the integration of our masculinity and our feminity.
