I HAVE 4 GREY HAIRS!

I have Grey hairs!
4 of them.

48 years old and I am officially a ‘Silver Woman’.

And as the years go by, I am Spiritually stronger, mentally sharper, creating faster, emotionally more deliberate, and freely able to express my sensuality and sexuality without false constraints or care for the opinion or judgement of others.

As my 15 year old daughter likes to say… “You do You. And I’ll do me”

And as the years go by, I love harder, play longer, laugh louder, giggle more freely, savour more often, and make it a point to experience joy, awe and wonder on a daily basis.

I understand how energy works, and so, I forgive more easily, I take mental vacations and rest often.

And as the years go by, I speak the truth that I carry in my heart like it is my greatest treasure.

I know who I am and I do it on purpose.

Because there is no time for anything else.
