Access to Nature’s Medicine, Daily

I love that the Wentworth Courier could fit so much about my day to day activities and my personal life in this one article on ‘Why I Love My Suburb’. Ask the right questions and you will get the right answers.

There is so much that I love about living in Clovelly.  Being near the ocean and having access to Nature’s Medicine daily is an important part of my life and what I teach as a coach and mentor.  I design my day to day professional life in orbit around my life principles, and not the other way around.

How much of your life is a conscious choice?
Are the people who you run with carefully selected to bring out the best you?
Does the job you do everyday support your evolution, dreams and desires?
Do you eat like you love yourself?
Does the suburb you live in boost your immunity, energy values and promote uplifting emotions, quality of life and longevity of spirit?
Which areas of your life are you living by design and which areas of your life are you living by default?
You are naturally happier when you design your life consciously.
Let me repeat that.
You are naturally happier when you design your life consciously.
