“We don’t have business problems – we have personal problems that reflect in our business.”

What is overflowing from your personal life into your business?

I’ve recently returned from the United Arab Emirates, where I was invited to deliver the opening keynote at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival.

Among many things relating to spirituality and business, I spoke on the topic of Self Leadership and Self Mastery.

What do Leaders do? They go first.

The Leader is not only responsible; the Leader must know how to be response-able in times of crisis, so that they can SHOW UP as the next best versions of themselves for their people and their organisation.

Crisis doesn’t change people, it reveals them.

How you do crisis is how you do life.

Self Leadership is Key.
Self Mastery is Key.

We must learn to master ourselves before we can master anything else.

Can you relate?

What else do you think is imperative in Business Leadership?
