I am grateful to Studio10 for inviting me back to do something I have never done before. I thrive on doing things I have never done before. How else do we learn and evolve? It was so much fun! I am not a Chef nor am I even a professional cook, but I certainly am a professional eater!
Over the years, I have observed so many people relentlessly pursue this thing they call ‘Work Life Balance.’ For me, it’s a phrase that conjures up an image of me balancing on a tight rope, with work on one side and life on the other.
Freedom is gained through constraints that are overcome, not through avoiding the constraints altogether. I look around at the people who have true freedom.
