TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

a. The content and learnings provided by Pauline Nguyen is developmental work and can be very therapeutic. This is not therapy. You are to acquire assistance from a professional psychotherapist if it is therapy that you are seeking.

b. Pauline Nguyen and her team will not be liable for personal expenses and/or actions.

2. CONFIRMATION/DEPOSITS

a. Your order is confirmed once you receive an automated confirmation email from us.

b. Should you not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of purchase, please contact pauline@pauline-nguyen.com.

3. PRICING

a. All prices quoted are in USD and include GST.

b. Prices are current at the time of publishing.

c. Prices are subject to change and are finalised at the time of order confirmation.

d. International and domestic airfares. Personal expenses, additional spa treatments, optional post-dinner drinks, and items of a personal nature. Travel insurance and visas are your responsibility and mandatory. 

4. REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

a. Pauline Nguyen reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders and/or event attendance. At this time, a full refund will be issued.

b. Force Majeure: Should any natural disasters occur such as earthquake, flood, fire prevent Pauline Nguyen from fulfilling its obligation, Pauline Nguyen will not be held liable for non-performance.

c. Once your order is confirmed, refunds are not available.

e. If for any reason Covid and/or government restrictions force the cancellation of the retreat. The retreat will be postponed to an alternate date. If a postponement is not available, refunds will be offered.

f. If something genuinely cannot be moved, your place can be transferred to the next cohort or forward to a friend who will also need to apply and be approved by Pauline.

g. All cancellations requests must be made in writing to pauline@pauline-nguyen.com

5. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

a. If you have any dietary requirements, please advise us at the time of booking and if you’re the type of person who likes to snack, please bring these with you to the retreat.

b. While every effort is made to cater for allergies, we cannot guarantee that all foods and ingredients will be completely free of traces of nuts, gluten and shellfish.
