- Set aside time to get SUPER FRICKEN CLEAR on what you’re kidding yourself about.
- Get clear on what your heart is really truly asking for.
- Ask yourself what needs to be let go of during this time.
- You can ask your guides, your higher self, close friends, lovers, family or confidantes to give you insight into areas that may be a blind spot for you
